A BIO T-shirt bag is the familiar checkout bag with two straps, made from biodegradable film instead. It’s softer than the standard version, has a quiet beige or green tint, and customers notice the different packaging without a word from the cashier.

Sizes and thickness

Seven sizes, from 23×40 cm to 44×72 cm, size classes from XS to XL. In 20 and 25 µm: biodegradable film is softer, so it’s made a bit thicker than standard HDPE. Beige and green, sold in packs of 100 and 200.

BIO film handles differently than regular polyethylene: it’s softer and slightly less slick, so the bag sits better in your hand and slips less off your shoulder. Store these bags somewhere dry, out of direct sun, and apart from standard bags, so the lines don’t get mixed up in the stockroom.
