Pack-ge's own delivery service handles orders within Tbilisi. Orders over 3,000 ₾ ship free; below that, a manager works out the cost based on address and volume, roughly 4 ₾ per kilometer.

How to place an order

Choose your sizes

Add the sizes you need to your cart. You can order with or without an account; combine several sizes in one request.

Place your order

Enter your name, phone, email, and address, then choose a shipping and payment method. For a company order, add your company name.

Confirmation

A manager will contact you, confirm the details, and verify the total. For items marked "Price on request," they'll calculate and share the cost.

Payment and delivery

Pay by invoice or on delivery. In-stock sizes ship within 1–2 business days: we deliver them ourselves, send them with a carrier, or prepare them for pickup.

Payment methods

Bank transfer

Bank transfer. After your order is confirmed, a manager will email you an invoice with the bank details. We hand the order to delivery once payment clears.

Cash on delivery

Pay once your order arrives. Choose this option at checkout.

For companies

Non-cash payment, a contract, and closing documents. Add your company name at checkout and we'll prepare an invoice.

FAQ

What does "Price on request" mean?

For some products, price depends on volume, color, and thickness. You can still add these items to your cart: they appear without a price, and a manager will confirm the exact cost after checkout.

Is there a minimum order?

No. You can buy a single pack. The price per pack drops with volume; discount tiers are listed on the product page.

Can I order bags in a custom size or with my logo?

Yes. Submit a request on the "Custom sizes" or "Printing & branding" page, and we'll work out the quantity and timing.

What if I receive the wrong item or a defective one?

Message or call us within 3 business days of delivery and send photos. We'll replace the item or refund you.

Can I return an item that doesn't fit my needs?

Yes, if the packaging is unopened and the item is in its original condition, subject to a manager's approval. Custom-made bags (your own size, logo printing) can't be returned.

How do refunds work?

The same way you paid: by bank transfer, or in cash if you paid on delivery.
