Description
The 22×38 cm T-shirt bag is the everyday size for retail. By size class it’s XS: this is the bag most often handed out at checkout for pharmacies and kiosks. We make it ourselves, at our factory in Georgia, from HDPE with a thickness of 10 µm.
We pack packs of 100; the shipping unit is bag of 20 packs. That makes it easier to track stock and hand packs to cashiers. Colors: white and black; a different shade, thickness, or logo print is available to order.

We extrude the film and cut the bag at the same site, so thickness doesn’t drift within a batch: if it says 10 µm, that’s what you get.

How to order
An order on the site is a request, not a prepayment. A manager confirms everything.
- Step 1. Pick a size and a pack size: the size buttons sit above the price, and you choose pack size and color right on the product page.
- Step 2. Add the quantity you need to the cart. In-stock items ship right away; everything else we make to order.
- Step 3. Submit the request: name, phone, and city. That’s all we need; no prepayment on the site.
- Step 4. A manager calls you back, confirms the price, lead time, and delivery, and starts the order only after you say yes.
FAQ
What’s the minimum batch size?
From stock, starting at one pack. For a custom size, color, or print, the minimum production run is 1,000 units.
Can I get a different color or thickness?
Yes. White and black are always in stock; any other shade is matched to your sample. Thickness runs from 10 to 25 µm.
Do you print logos?
We print up to six colors, one or two sides. Send your artwork to sales@pack-ge.com and we’ll quote the run and the timeline.
Do you deliver across Georgia?
Within Tbilisi we deliver with our own vehicles; to the regions we ship with carrier companies. A manager will confirm the timing and cost when your order is confirmed.
How should I store the bags?
Somewhere dry, out of direct sunlight, and away from radiators. Sealed in its pack, the bag keeps its strength for years.
